We are a Trader Joe’s lovin’ family! Even before the grocery store strikes a few years ago which made TJ’s and other non-union food retailer’s customer base skyrocket, we loved them even when they were the little guy. There’s just something about TJ’s quality that is generally good and even though this salmon is packaged and frozen, it still tastes and looks as if it was right off the boat. So what better way to end lovely week than to feature this super easy, oh-so healthy and ever-so yummy Salmon salad.
Trader Joe’s Frozen Salmon in Chimichurri Sauce

Defrost salmon. Bake in oven at 400 degrees for 13 minutes. Wash sprouts and mushrooms. Cut mushrooms and separate sprouts. Pile greens and mushrooms into a bowl. Place salmon on top with sprouts on each side. Dress with balsamic dressing.
And there you have it…an easy, yummy and healthy wild salmon salad.
Hope you enjoy it!
Have a Fab You Bliss day!
