I consider all of February to be “LOVE” month, not just Valentine’s Day. It also happens to be my birthday month. Yes, tomorrow is my birthday. I will be 32…again!
In celebration of “LOVE” and birthday month, I hope you enjoy this Heart On Her Sleeve Editorial Shoot by Let’s Frolic Together.
This talented group of vendors worked together to create an offbeat, vintage-esc editorial shoot with a moody, melancholic feel, floral heart brooches and an unusual wardrobe on two out-of-the-ordinary models. They wanted it to imply weddings without going all-the-way weddingish. It’s a little bit alternative, a little bit vintage, a little bit modern, and a little bit fashion. But most of all it’s a lot of creativity.
I completely adore these kinds of unique shoots that show how you can combine non-wedding looks into your wedding. If you’re a non-traditional, rock-n-roll-esc bride, wouldn’t your bridesmaids look amazing in non-matching styles like these that coordinate well together? I’m all for going completely unique and outside-of-the-box with weddings.
Why follow what everyone else is doing when you can create something uniquely your own, right?

PS…my favorite look is this last one with the models together. Definitely an offbeat look I love! And, these ARE outfits your bridesmaids could wear again if this is their style.
Thanks for stopping by!
