Back when our mothers got married, brides only wore white or cream and followed tradition. This was the case even as recent as the mid-nineties. But today things have changed.
From pinks to blues to almost everything in between, brides are redefining the rules of bridal fashion. So today’s team decided to play up the trend. Behold a twist on traditional from Rachel Havel Photography and Emma and Grace Bridal Studio.
With this shoot, the team wanted to show how brides can still look elegant and beautiful, while feeling free to express their individuality.

Mayra Moreno, Designer and co-owner of Emma & Grace Bridal, has seen a spike in ladies looking for a color or metallic pop to their custom-made gowns. And demands are growing for gowns from designers Sareh Nouri, Suzanne Harward, and others whose color brings the best out in the bride.
And it’s not just the dress that’s getting an update. From gold belts to blue shoes to lavender veils, brides are finding other ways to bring color to their day. In short, color is the new white and the trend is only getting hotter!
