Sometimes I think we all get so wrapped up in our crazy lives that we forget about the simple things.
This is never more apparent to me than when I get busy and stressed.
But all it takes is a step outside to feel the sunshine on my skin, to breathe in the fresh air and it’s as if a wonderful “oh yeah” light bulb goes off in my head to say, “Why didn’t you think of this earlier?”
It’s so simple, an instant mood changer for sure.
Week 5 of our 52 weeks of happy is another something so simple you’ll won’t believe you hadn’t thought of it before. Or maybe you have, you just haven’t done it in a while.
So let’s do it now before the weather gets too cold.
Grab someone you love plus a nice bottle of wine, (or beverage of your choice), then head out into the night to spend some quality time relaxing under the stars.
Keep it simple with just a blanket or doll your space up with lanterns and pillow and whatever else makes you happy, because that’s what it’s all about.
