Who says an elopement has to be a quick ceremony followed by dinner in a restaurant? Today’s more “formal” ceremony incorporates a vintage-inspired white gown and a slim gray suit with skinny black tie, dressed-up doggie escorts, vintage cocktails, and bite-sized treats. The second portion includes an outfit change into a flirty red and black dress, heart-shaped sunglasses and heart-adorned shoes that are perfect for a getaway to a romantic sunset dinner on the beach via a classic Vespa.
We love the red, white, and turquoise color story and all the vintage details, most accessories, the scooter, luggage, glassware, dishware, as well as the retro flowers, (carnations, chamomile, baby’s breath, hydrangea), the florist used to tie everything together. She made two bouquets, two boutonnieres, a hair comb, a floral ring, and floral dog collars for the occasion and even decorated the scooter! Of course, the styling could easily be adopted in a full wedding as well.
Thanks fo stopping by!
