Even though I love seeing gorgeous details that make-up so many spectacular weddings, I’m also drawn to the simplicity of a bride and groom eloping with nothing more than their love. That’s all that really matters in the end, right?
I’ve said it before, my husband tried talking me into eloping in Italy, but at the time I wanted the big wedding at home. I can’t say I wouldn’t do the big wedding again, I loved ours. However, the idea of eloping in Italy sounds wonderful too.
With just nature, the few small details and a mad-for-each-other couple, Reese & Renee put this shoot together because they wanted to show the ease of an elopement and capture the love between these two newlyweds. One of the team’s favorite parts of the shoot was when, unplanned, the groom played his bride the song he sang at their wedding, You’ve Got Something I Need by One Republic and it brought back memories of their day, including sweet and happy tears.
Thanks for stopping by!
