Bethany and Phillip had a beautiful outdoor wedding ceremony and reception at The Gardens of Castle Rock in Northfield, MN. These two met at River Valley Church in Faribault, MN. A friend invited Phillip to attend a youth service there, and Bethany just so happened to be a youth leader for the student ministry. They got to know each other through some good laughs, appetizers from a local hangout, and some truly terrible Christian pick-up lines. Ten months later, Phillip got down on one knee and asked her to join him for a lifetime of adventures and be his partner in crime from that moment forward. She said yes!
One unique aspect with Bethany and Phillip’s wedding is that during the ceremony, they washed each other’s feet instead of doing a unity candle or sand ceremony. It was a neat idea that fit their relationship perfectly. Their wedding also included a lot of DIY. The florals were designed by the bride’s mom and the stationery was designed by the bride. Captured by Jeannine Marie Photography, this crisp clean green and white wedding was both beautiful aesthetically as well as in heart!
Thanks for stopping by!
