There is something so magical and ethereal about a house in the trees. It’s a perfect setting for a romantic elopement just like this.
Photographed by Green Blossom Photography, this model couple was less than a month out from their real wedding, and they loved having the chance to get dressed up and explore the unique location of Treehouse Point together. And being on the brink of tying the knot themselves, their chemistry was perfect for the “just married” elopement feel needed for this shoot.
From the photographer:
I invited Tara Millar from Bloom by Tara to collaborate, and she immediately got on board with the vision. Her bright, lush bridal bouquet provided the perfect pop of color against the soaring evergreens. Tara was also instrumental in creating the tablescape, utilizing the amazing wooden tables on site at Treehouse Point and pulling in the mix of desserts and wine. I chose the macaroons to coordinate with the colors of the bouquet and loved how the rustic tarts felt intimate and earthy. Exploring the treehouses on the property was a highlight, and I was so grateful that we had a sunny day, which allowed plenty of light through the trees and gave us some gorgeous backlighting. We chose to do two looks: one, a more formal affair with a lace dress; and two, a more relaxed look that allowed for movement, a picnic, and exploration by the river.
Thanks for stopping by!
