Ambor and James met through work, started dating, moved in together, had two little girls and then decided they should make everything official and get married surrounded by their nearest and dearest. They wanted to throw a really good party for their best friends, and thank their family for their support over the years. They love good food, so they structured the whole day around their family and a good meal. Ambor did all the flowers, decorations, favors, and backdrops herself, and they had a caterer who provided specialty foods (gluten and dairy free) for Ambor, in particular.
With Sarah Bradshaw Photography behind the lens, Ambor and James celebrated family-style. They oriented the day around their daughters, and the other little ones, at the celebration with a low farm table for the kids, a s’mores bar, outdoor lounge areas, and a large Jenga set. Some favorite moments of the day were when Ambor sat down to braid her girl’s hair before the ceremony, and the family dance at the end of the night. Both heart-melting indeed.
Thanks for stopping by!
