Several years ago, The Hubby and I took a trip to Estes Park, CO. Before flying home on our last day there we left Estes Park early in the morning and took a quick day trip to Fort Collins, CO. Why? Well…because that’s the home of New Belgium Brewing Co, makers of Fat Tire Amber Ale, 1554 and Sunshine Wheat beers…just to name a few. Besides making some fantastic brews, the story behind the company, how they came about, what they do for the environment, community and for their employees is pretty awesome. If you don’t know about the company and want to learn more, I highly recommend checking out their website here.
Now…I’m sure you’re asking what New Belguim Brewing Co. has to do with today’s wedding. Well, today’s couple, Sarah & Jack, just so happen to live in Fort Collins. And the theme of their wedding is centered around bicycles, which…also just so happens to be the symbol of New Belgium Brewing Co. and well…Fort Collins as a whole since biking is huge there.
Anyhow, Sarah and Jack met as camp counselors at Geneva Glen summer camp in the Colorado mountains. And their wedding, photographed and submitted by Denver based photographer April O’Hare of April O’Hare Photography, was held at the Greenbriar Inn, a Mobil Three Star restaurant in Boulder which also holds a Wine Spectator “Best of Award of Excellence” and voted by local brides a The Knot’s “Best of Weddings pick”, among many other accolades. Such a lovely place and just look at how wonderful their wedding images are. And I have to say I am so enamored by the newsprint flowers. What a genius idea!
