Eric and Deanna married in the presence of close friends and family at The Grand Oaks Bluegrass and Gospel Hall in Meridian Mississippi. The local music venue, owned by the bride’s family, was a blank canvass completely decorated in a unique rustic, floral and woodsy motif. Eric and Deanna’s wedding is the perfect example of how a little creativity can completely transform a simple hall into a dream wedding venue. Décor for the interior and exterior was uniquely reversed with tables, desks, lamps and chandeliers situated outside, while trees, flowers, sticks and twigs were creatively used to decorate the inside. Highlights included, old window panels randomly arranged on the interior walls, a lovely vintage birdcage filled with gorgeous flowers and foliage dangling from the ceiling, a delicious buffet and a pretty hilarious popcorn exit. Eric and Deanna certainly pulled out all the stops on this one as no detail was overlooked. And despite the 100+ degree weather, the guests were troopers and the bridal party braved through the heat long enough to give the photographer, Wedlock Images, some wonderful photographs.
